Tofu salad is huge for us.
It's a meal, it's a snack, it's a side dish, it's a potluck favorite.

1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos

It's tangy and salty and spicy.
We love it. Try it on a tofu scramble soft taco, piled on your rice and beans or simply scoop it up with a chip.
2 cups tomato, diced
1 cup onion, diced
2 tsp. fresh jalapeño, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy.
“I learned long ago that there's no such thing as too much onion. I know this isn't a popular idea, but then again, I've never been interested in popularity.” -Rain
